All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. This includes digital services, virtual sessions, and physical products.
For scheduled services such as guidance readings and Alignment Hour sessions, all bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
For physical products, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof of the issue so we can review and resolve it accordingly.
