All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Please note that books are made to order and may take approximately 3–6 weeks to be processed and shipped. This extended timeframe allows for proper preparation, handling, and fulfillment.

All other items, including candles, bundles, and accessories, are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can review and assist you.
